The same job, from strip-out to handover. What changes between one and another is the material, how far the services are renewed and the level of design detail. Never the care taken on site, nor what goes in writing.

The Essential Plan is a fixed price, VAT included, for a bathroom of 3 to 5 m², the size of an ordinary flat's bathroom: it is signed in writing before we start and it does not move. Premium and Signature are starting prices, because what makes them go up are your decisions — the porcelain format, a made-to-measure unit, how far the design goes — and fixing a figure before you have made them would mean making it up. All three are fixed in writing before work begins. And if something that could not be seen turns up once we open up — a pipe in bad condition, a soil stack where it should not be — we talk to you and decide before touching it, never afterwards.
Fitting free
At Arregla mi hogar we give you the standard installation free on selected products bought in our shop.
Prices from, depending on model and sizes. The offer applies only to selected products. Ask about the scope of the standard installation, the service area and the conditions for removal and disposal. Plumbing and building adaptations and any other additional work are quoted separately, subject to your approval.
Where the figure comes from
A starting price is only worth anything if there is a method behind it. This is ours, on a real job: the drawing the glass was ordered from and the same shower finished.

Every screen is drawn and dimensioned before the glass is ordered: the three panels, the total width, the height and the bench with its access panel. The price comes from that drawing, not from an approximate measurement over the phone.

Before the first piece is stuck down, the laser level marks the joints and the fall towards the drain. If the setting out is two millimetres out, by the end of the wall it is two centimetres.

And this is how the shower in the drawing turned out: the three panels where they were drawn, the bench with the soil pipe access inside it and the frame in rose gold.

They apply to the packages and to the three plans. We would rather bore you now with the small print than argue about it with you halfway through the job.
Material, labour, rubble removal and the final clean. The Essential Plan includes VAT; for the packs and the Premium and Signature plans, VAT is extra.
Trays and screens are cut to your size, with no size limit. The bigger the opening, the more material it takes. The exact figure is fixed in writing after the visit.
Moving the main waste, replacing communal soil pipes and hidden defects such as structural damp.
The work stops, you are told and it is approved in writing before carrying on. A surprise is never invoiced without your signature.
Two years on the installation, on top of the manufacturer's guarantee on each item.

We measure it at the visit and give you the price in writing, whether it fits a package or not. The visit costs nothing.
