A price in writing
Signed before we start, item by item. If something that could not be seen turns up once we open up, we talk to you and decide before touching it.
One person on the phone
You do not coordinate the plumber, the tiler and the electrician. That is our job.
Two-year guarantee
On the installation, in writing, plus the manufacturer’s guarantee on every piece.
Your home, as it was
We protect floors, doors and communal areas, take the rubble away and clean up when we finish.
The paperwork is ours
Notice to the building administrator, the licence or responsible declaration, and a photo record of the communal areas.
