Bathrooms we have handed over

Four complete jobs, from strip-out to handover. All the photos are ours and of real bathrooms.

Alicante

Arena bathroom

The bath stays, but it looks nothing like the one that was there. It was stripped back to the brick, the services were redone and it was clad from floor to ceiling in stone-effect porcelain. The screen is a slider, with a slim chrome frame, and the column is black so it cuts through the beige.

  • Job Complete renovation keeping the bath
  • Wall covering Stone-effect porcelain
  • Shower Sliding screen over the bath
  • Duration 9 days
  • Area 5.5 m²
  • Approximate price €12,000

Ámbar bathroom

A bathroom with a bath, a bidet and a tall wall unit that ate up half the space. All of it came out. Into the bath recess went a flush-to-floor shower tray with a sliding screen and bronze handles, and the wall was resolved with large-format cream porcelain and a recessed niche.

Golden Ice bathroom

A bathroom built from scratch. It was stripped back to the brick, the plumbing and wastes were renewed and it was clad in large-format porcelain with gold veining. The screen and the taps were chosen in gold to follow the veining; the shower column in black, so the whole thing does not turn sickly.

Calacatta bathroom

A bathroom from the years when everything had a tile border, with a stepped built-in tray closed off by a folding aluminium screen. It was stripped out completely and redone: flush-to-floor shower, white porcelain with grey veining from floor to ceiling and a rose gold framed sliding screen. Unit, mirror and taps, new and matching. The same room, with twice the space to move around in.

On video

A job makes far more sense in motion than in a still photo. Filmed vertically, on a phone, just as you film on site.

Manufacturer's video. It is one of the columns we have fitted in the showroom, so you can see it working before you choose it.

The angle grinder marks the run of the plumbing on the wall. It is one of the dirtiest moments of a renovation and one of the most obvious if it is done badly.

The check before handover: the black column already fitted over the bath, the lit niche and the details that get gone over one by one.

Plumbing in the floor, chases in the wall and the old tiling out. An ordinary day of the seven a bathroom renovation takes.

A minute of real building work: the wall opened up, the setting out with the level and, at the end, the gold framed screen already fitted over the tray.

A walk through the bathroom as handed over: large-format porcelain, gold framed screen, black column and gold taps.

A walk through the bathroom as handed over: wooden unit with a countertop basin, close-coupled WC, towel radiator and sand-toned porcelain.

A walk through one of the completed jobs: screen over the bath, black column, backlit mirror and towel radiator.

I got in touch with them recently and I am very happy with the work they did. They were very professional, attentive and committed to getting a good result. They take care over the details, they stick to what was agreed and they make the whole process much easier. I would certainly use them again for future work. […]

We hired Arreglamihogar for our bathroom renovation and we could not be happier with the result. The bathrooms have come out beautifully, with very careful finishes and a level of detail you can see. On top of that they are real grafters: punctual, tidy and sorting out any surprise without making a fuss. And as if that were not enough, they are a pleasure to deal with because they are friendly and easy-going. We would definitely do it again and we recommend them 100%.

I dropped into the shop by chance one day, a very helpful young woman served me and helped me with my bathroom renovation, we chose the materials and it turned out perfectly, the fitter left everything just how I wanted it. Highly recommended, I am uploading photos of my bathrooms.
