We take out the bath and leave you a walk-in shower, with the tray cut to size, in one to three days. With the price fixed in writing before we start.

Day by day
Why one to three days
It is not a figure off the top of our heads: it is how long each stage takes to do properly. This is what the three days look like when all three are needed.
- Day 1
The bath comes out
We protect the way through, remove the bath and chip off the tiling around it. The water feeds are raised to shower height and the waste is replaced with its valve.
- Day 2
The base and the tray
The shower area is waterproofed before tiling, which is the item that stops leaks to the neighbour below. The tray, cut to size, is bedded in and the area is tiled.
- Day 3
Column, screen and handover
The column goes up, the screen is fitted, everything is sealed and the water is tested. We take the rubble away, clean up and leave the shower ready.
One day
When the tray takes the bath’s space exactly, the waste stays where it was and the tiling around it is sound.
Two or three days
When the waste has to be moved or you switch to a linear drain: the floor is chipped out, the fall is redone, and the mortar and the waterproofing need their time before the tray goes on top.
Never in a rush
What we do not do is cover up in a hurry something that has to dry. What you save in a day you pay for later in a leak.
